Administrative. Employee Any employee whose primary duties consist of work directly related to formulating and administering management policies and programs, who regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment. In addition, it includes the County Manager, General Manager of Xxxxx County Water Reclamation District, Law Library Director, General Manager of Xxxxx County Regional Flood Control District, his/her deputy and immediate assistants, attorneys, all classifications assigned to the Management Compensation Plan and others who are primarily responsible for formulating and administering management policy and programs. Administrative employees are not covered by this Agreement.
