Common use of Administrative Personnel Clause in Contracts

Administrative Personnel. The Board may appoint a Public Safety Communications Director who shall have the authority to employ other personnel as necessary for the conduct of the business of the Authority. The Public Safety Communications Director shall serve at the Board’s pleasure and subject to such rules, policies and requirements as the Board may establish.
