Common use of Administrative Discipline Clause in Contracts

Administrative Discipline. 27.1 The District and the Association agree to support a practice of administrative discipline when such action is required to maintain professional standards as established by this Agreement and District policy. When administrative discipline is required, fairness and respect for the individual receiving the discipline shall be the standard of application.
