ADJUSTMENTS TO COMPENSATION. Employee’s base salary and other cash compensation shall be subject to withholding and other applicable taxes. If Employee is employed by the Company for less than 12 months in any Year, unless otherwise provided in Section 6 or in the applicable plan or arrangement, his compensation and benefits shall be prorated in accordance with the number of days in the Year during which he is employed.
