Adjustment of shift lengths. Current employees may have their shift 17 lengths adjusted based on operational need of the unit with thirty (30) days’ written 18 notice. Such shift length changes shall not cause involuntary FTE change. Employees 19 currently working shifts of eight (8) or more hours will not be involuntarily changed to 20 shifts of less than eight (8) hours per day.
