The completion of the Baoji-Zhongwei Railway is expected to stimulate the transport of agricultural products, livestock and ores along the railway, and to generate employment growth.

Additional impacts. 1. The Parties acknowledge that there may be additional impacts associated with the Project that are unknown as of the Effective Date (the “Additional Impacts”). The Parties intend that any Additional Impacts of the Project that are not sufficiently mitigated through this Agreement shall be mitigated through state or municipal permitting processes that may be necessary to carry out the Project and through the Community Mitigation Fund.
