Common use of Additional Heat, Cleaning and Air Conditioning Services Clause in Contracts

Additional Heat, Cleaning and Air Conditioning Services. (a) Landlord will use reasonable efforts, upon notice as set forth above from Tenant of its requirements in that regard, to furnish additional heat, cleaning or air conditioning services to the Premises on days and at times other than as above provided.

Furthermore, cleaning Tenant can request additional heat or air conditioning services to the Premises on days and at times other than as above providedprovided on demand from the Premises.
