Common use of Acts of God Clause in Contracts

Acts of God. In any case where either party hereto is required to do any act, delays caused by or resulting from Acts of God, war, civil commotion, fire, flood or other casualty, labor difficulties, shortages of labor, materials or equipment, government regulations, unusually severe weather, or other causes beyond such party's reasonable control shall not be counted in determining the time during which work shall be completed, whether such time be designated by a fixed date, a fixed time or a "reasonable time", and such time shall be deemed to be extended by the period of such delay.

Acts of God. In any case where either party hereto is required to do any act, delays caused by or resulting from Acts of God, war, civil commotion, fire, flood fire or other casualty, labor difficulties, shortages of labor, materials or equipment, government regulations, unusually severe weather, or other causes beyond such party's reasonable control shall not be counted in determining the time during which work shall be completed, whether or such time be designated by a fixed date, a fixed time or "a "reasonable time", and such time shall be deemed to be extended by the period of such delay.

In any case where either party hereto is required to do any act, then, except where specifically provided in this Lease to the contrary, delays caused by or resulting from Acts acts of God, war, civil commotion, fire, flood or other casualty, labor difficulties, shortages of labor, materials or equipment, government regulations, moratoria, unusually severe weather, or other causes beyond such party's reasonable control which are unrelated to labor difficulties and shortages of labor, materials or equipment shall not be counted in determining the time during which work such act shall be completed, whether such time be designated by a fixed date, a fixed time or a "reasonable time", and such time shall be deemed to be extended by the period of such delay.

Acts of God. In any case where either party hereto is required to do any actact (other than the payment of Annual Rent and Additional Rent), delays caused by or resulting from Acts of God, war, civil commotion, fire, flood or other casualty, labor difficulties, shortages of labor, materials or equipment, government regulations, unusually severe weather, weather or other causes beyond such party's reasonable control shall not be counted in determining the time during which work shall be completed, whether such time be designated by a fixed date, a fixed time or a "reasonable time", ," and such time shall be deemed to be extended by the period of such delay.

In any case where either party hereto is required to do any act, other than the payment of Annual Fixed Rent or additional rent, delays caused by or resulting from Acts acts of God, war, civil commotion, fire, flood or other casualty, labor difficulties, shortages of labor, materials or equipment, unusual government regulations, moratorium or similar acts of government, unusually severe weather, or other causes beyond such party's reasonable control shall not be counted in determining the time during which work such act shall be completed, whether such time be designated by a fixed date, a fixed time or "a "reasonable time", ," and such time shall be deemed to be extended by the period of such delay.

Acts of God. In any case where either party hereto is required to do any act, delays caused by or resulting from Acts of God, war, civil commotion, fire, flood or other casualty, labor difficulties, shortages of labor, materials or equipment, government regulations, unusually severe weather, or other causes beyond such party's ’s reasonable control (other than financial) shall not be counted in determining the time during which work shall be completed, whether such time be designated by a fixed date, a fixed time or “a "reasonable time"”, and such time shall be deemed to be extended by the period of such delay. In no event shall any Act of God delay Tenant’s performance of monetary obligations required of Tenant, unless such delay is specifically permitted in this Lease in connection with such performance.

Acts of God. In any case where either party hereto is required to do any actact other than the payment of rent, delays caused by or resulting from Acts acts of God, war, civil commotion, fire, flood or other casualty, labor difficulties, shortages of labor, materials or equipment, unusual government regulations, unusually severe weather, weather or other causes beyond such party's reasonable control shall not be counted in determining the time during which work such act shall be completed, whether such time be designated by as a fixed date, a fixed time or "a "reasonable time", and such time shall be deemed to be extended by the period of such delay.

In any case where either party hereto is required to do any act, delays other than the payment of Annual Fixed Rent or additional rent, delays, caused by or resulting from Acts acts of God, war, civil commotion, fire, flood or other casualty, labor difficulties, shortages of labor, materials materials, or equipment, unusual government regulations, unusually severe weather, or other causes beyond such party's reasonable control shall not be counted in determining the time during which work such act shall be completed, whether such time be designated by a fixed date, a fixed time or "a "reasonable time", and such time shall be deemed to be extended by the period of such delay.

Acts of God. 19 20 In any case where either party hereto is required to do any actact or work, delays caused by 21 or resulting from Acts of God, war, civil commotion, fire, flood or other casualty, labor difficulties, shortages of 22 labor, materials or equipment, government regulations, unusually severe weather, pandemic, or other causes caused beyond such 23 party's ’s reasonable control shall not be counted in determining the time during which such act or 24 work shall be completed, whether such time be designated by a fixed date, a as fixed time or a "25 “reasonable time", ,” and such time shall be deemed to be extended by the period of such delay.. 26

In any case case, where either party hereto is required to do any act, delays caused by or resulting from Acts acts of God, war, civil commotion, fire, flood or other casualty, labor difficulties, shortages of labor, materials or equipment, government regulations, unusually severe weather, or other causes beyond such party's reasonable control shall not be counted in determining the time during which work such act shall be completed, whether such time be designated by a fixed date, a fixed time or a "reasonable time", and such time shall be deemed to be extended by the period of such delay.

In any case where either party hereto is required to do any actact (other than Tenant's obligation to pay rent), delays caused by or resulting from Acts of God, war, civil commotion, fireacts of terrorism, flood fire or other casualty, labor difficulties, shortages of labor, materials or equipment, government regulations, unusually severe weatherpermitting difficulties, failure to obtain building permit or other causes beyond such party's reasonable control shall not be counted in determining the time during which work such act shall be completed, whether such time be designated by a fixed date, a fixed time or "a "reasonable time", and such time shall be deemed to be extended by the period of such delay.

In Excepting only the obligation of Tenant to pay any monetary amount due hereunder, in any case where either party hereto is required to do any act, delays caused by or resulting from Acts acts of God, war, civil commotion, fire, flood or other casualty, labor difficulties, shortages of labor, materials or equipment, government regulations, unusually severe weather, or other causes beyond such party's reasonable control (other than financial inability) shall not be counted in determining the time during which work shall be completed, whether such time be designated by a fixed date, a fixed time or a "reasonable time", and such time shall be deemed to be extended by the period of such delay.
