Accumulation of Sick Leave Credits. Section 1 A forty Full-time Employees shall accumulate sick leave credits at the rate of ten (4010) hour hours per week employee may accrue month worked up to a maximum of nine hundred sixty one thousand and eighty hours (960) hours of 1080 hours). Part-time and casual Employees shall earn sick leave creditscredits on a pro-rata basis.
