Common use of Accumulation of Sick Leave Credits Clause in Contracts

Accumulation of Sick Leave Credits. Full-time Employees shall accumulate credits at the rate of one and one-quarter (1 1/4) days sick leave for each full month worked to a maximum accumulation of one hundred and ninety (190) working days. Employees who currently have sick leave credits in excess of one hundred and ninety (190) working days will be allowed to retain their accumulation, but not accrue further credits. If the Employee’s accumulation falls below one hundred and ninety (190) working days, they will be able to accrue credits again up to a maximum of one hundred and ninety (190) working days.
