Accumulation of Sick Leave Credits. (a) After one (1) month of service, each Employee on regular staff shall be entitled to cumulative sick leave credits computed from the day of commencement of employment at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) working days (twelve (12) working hours) for each month of employment up to a maximum sick leave credit of one hundred and ninety (190) working days (one thousand five hundred and twenty (1520) working hours).
