Access to the Land. 17.1 The Landowner is to permit the Council, its officers, employees, agents and contractors to enter the Land or any other land at any time, upon giving reasonable prior notice, in order to inspect, examine or test any Work or to remedy any breach by the Developer relating to the carrying out of a Work.
