Common use of ACCESS TO PLANTS AND PROPERTIES Clause in Contracts

ACCESS TO PLANTS AND PROPERTIES. Where Seller is either entering or performing work at premises owned or controlled by Buyer or Buyer’s customer or obtaining access electronically to Buyer systems or information, Seller shall comply with: (i) all the rules and regulations established by Buyer or Buyer’s customer for access to and activities in and around premises controlled by Buyer or Buyer’s customer; (ii) Buyer requests for information and documentation to validate citizenship or immigration status of Seller’s personnel or subcontractor personnel; and (iii) “The Boeing Company On-Site Environment, Health and Safety Supplemental Provisions” located in SP4 at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/terms.html, as may be updated from time to time, which is incorporated by reference. In addition, Seller acknowledges that Xxxxx may perform routine background checks on Seller personnel. Seller shall include the substance of this Article, including this flowdown requirement, in all subcontracts awarded by Seller for work under this Contract.
