Access Rights to Results. [OPTION: 31.1 Access rights for the EU institutions, bodies, offices or agencies and EU Member States The beneficiary must give access to its results — on a royalty-free basis — to EU institutions, bodies, offices or agencies, for developing, implementing or monitoring EU policies or programmes. Such access rights are limited to non-commercial and non-competitive use. This does not change the right to use any material, document or information received from the beneficiary for communication and publicising activities (see Article 38.2).
