Access Rights by Third Parties to the Contract Area. If necessary, the Contractor shall grant the CNH or any other contractor of Exploration and Extraction activities, assignee, authorized party or permit holder the use of or right of way over any portion of the Contract Area, at no cost, provided the foregoing does not interfere with the Petroleum Activities conducted by the Contractor, is technically possible and does not cause an inconvenience to the Contractor, in accordance with the Applicable Laws.
