Use by Third Parties. You may permit Authorized Third Parties to exercise the Usage Rights on Your behalf, provided that You are responsible for (a) ensuring that such Authorized Third Parties comply with this XXXX and (b) any breach of this XXXX by such Authorized Third Parties.
Use by Third Parties. Work performed by Energy Northwest pursuant to this Agreement are only for the purpose intended and may be misleading if used in another context. The District agrees not to use any documents produced under this Agreement for anything other than the intended purpose without Energy Northwest’s written permission. This Agreement shall, therefore, not create any rights or benefits to parties other than to the District and Energy Northwest.
Use by Third Parties. Customer may allow its services vendors, outsourcing providers, and contractors (each, a “Third Party User”) to Use the Software and Documentation provided to Customer hereunder solely for purposes of providing services to Customer, provided that Customer ensures that (i) the Third Party User’s access to or use of the Software and Documentation is subject to the restrictions and limitations contained in this Agreement, including, but not limited to those in the Export Section, and the applicable Order(s), (ii) the Third Party User cooperates with Provider during any compliance review that may be conducted by Provider or its designated agent, and (iii) the Third Party User promptly removes any Software installed on its computer equipment upon the completion of the Third Party’s need to access or use the Software as permitted by this Section. Customer agrees that the acts and omissions of its Third Party Users related to this Agreement, the Software, and Orders shall be deemed the acts and omissions of Customer.
Use by Third Parties. You may permit Users and other third parties to exercise Your Usage Rights if such use is solely (a) on Your behalf, (b) for Your internal operations; and
Use by Third Parties. Licensor acknowledges and agrees that the Software may, subject to the terms of this Agreement, be used by your third-party service providers, independent contractors, consultants and outsourcers, provided that such third parties agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement and such third parties Use the Software only for your benefit and business purposes. If requested by Licensor, you will provide a list of any third parties that are using the Software pursuant to this Section to assist Licensor in managing the licensing of the Software. You will remain responsible and legally liable for the proper use of the Software in accordance with this Agreement by such third parties.
Use by Third Parties. You are permitted to use the Online Services through third-party consultants, provided such parties are under written obligation to comply with this Agreement, and You assume full responsibility for their actions in connection with such use.

Subject to the City of Banning Police Department use and any use by other law enforcement officers pursuant to Section 2 (f) [Use by Other Law Enforcement Officers], Tenant may allow third parties to use the Premises at Tenant’s discretion. Tenant shall be liable to and indemnify City for and from any liability arising out of any third-party use of the Premises pursuant to Tenant’s obligations under Section 8 [Indemnification] of this Agreement.
