The ACCESS; RELOCATION clause defines the rights and procedures related to a party's ability to enter and use certain premises, as well as the conditions under which the location of those premises may be changed. Typically, this clause outlines when and how access is granted, any restrictions or notice requirements, and the process for relocating the premises, such as providing advance notice or ensuring comparable facilities. Its core function is to ensure both parties understand their rights and obligations regarding access and potential relocation, thereby preventing disputes and maintaining operational continuity.
Access Relocation. LESSOR, its agents, or its designees may at any reasonable time enter to viewthe premises; toshowthe premisesto others; tomake repairs andalterations as LESSOR, its agents, or its designees should elect to do for the premises, the common areas, or any other portions of the building; and without creating any obligation or liability for LESSOR, but at LESSEE’s expense, to make repairs which LESSEE is required but has failed to do. If LESSEE takes possession of the premises prior to the commencement date, LESSEE shall perform all terms of the lease from the date it takes possession. LESSORmayrequire LESSEE to relocate to another similar premises at anytime during the lease term upon written notice to LESSEE and on terms comparable to those herein. LESSEE shall be liable to LESSOR for all loss, damages, and/or expenses incurred by LESSOR, including consequential damages, if LESSEEfailsto relocate as required.
Access Relocation. Subject to Customer’s compliance with INAP’s Colocation Service manual that INAP provides to Customer at the installation of the CPE (“Colocation Service Manual”), access to the Space shall be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Space access is limited to Customer-designated persons approved by INAP. INAP reserves the right to rescind or limit access to any person causing, or who may cause, a disruption or any damage to property or injury to persons. INAP may access the Space at any time. INAP may suspend Customer’s operations in and around the Space if, in INAP’s sole discretion, the Customer violates the Colocation Service Manual or if a hazardous condition, unsafe practice or emergency situation arises. INAP may, at its expense and upon reasonable notice, require Customer and CPE to relocate to another space having reasonably comparable access, environmental conditions and facilities. Any such relocation may include, at INAP’s sole discretion, relocating Customer and CPE to a separate facility within the same geographical vicinity as the Space.
Access Relocation. Licensor or its, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, prospective buyers or Licensees shall have the right to access the Premises at all times and may relocate certain parking spaces within a reasonable distance following 24 hour written notice if necessary to perform any surveys, tests or other types of studies on the Premises.

  • Office Location During the Term, the Executive's services hereunder shall be performed at the offices of the Company, which shall be within a twenty five (25) mile radius of New York, NY, subject to necessary travel requirements to the Company’s offices in Toronto, Canada and other MDC Group company locations in order to carry out his duties in connection with his position hereunder.

  • Work Location While employed by the Company hereunder, the Executive shall perform his duties (when not traveling or engaged elsewhere in the performance of his duties) at the offices of the Company in Bermuda. The Executive shall travel to such places on the business of the Company in such manner and on such occasions as the Company may from time to time reasonably require.

  • Relocation of Equipment Any Equipment under a Support Plan that is moved to a different location at the Site, or to a different Customer site, shall remain eligible for Support Services under the Support Plan if (i) Customer gives Kodak reasonable prior written notice of Customer’s intent to move such Equipment, and (ii) Kodak is given the opportunity to supervise and inspect the Equipment during the de-installation, packing, unpacking and reinstallation of the Equipment to ensure that the Equipment is in proper working condition following the relocation. Customer is responsible for all relocation and associated costs.

  • Service Location The services shall be performed at all contracting and participating facilities of the Contractor.
