Ability to Exercise Sample Clauses

Ability to Exercise. The Warrants may be exercised in whole or in part at any time and from time to time prior to the Expiry Time. In the event that the Holder subscribes for and purchases any such lesser number of Common Shares prior to the Expiry Time, the Holder shall be entitled to receive a replacement Warrant Certificate, without charge, representing the unexercised balance of the Warrants. After the Expiry Time, Warrants evidenced hereby, in respect of which the rights of subscription and purchase herein provided for shall not have been exercised, shall wholly cease and terminate and such Warrants shall be void and of no value or effect.

Ability to Exercise. An Option shall be exercisable commencing on the date of grant or on any date thereafter established by the Committee prior to the expiration period, subject to such limitations as are set forth in this Plan or in the Agreement; provided, however, that with respect to an Option that is an Incentive Stock Option such Option shall not be exercisable for a longer period of time than provided under Section 422 of the Code.
