Common use of A Voluntary Mobility Meeting Clause in Contracts

A Voluntary Mobility Meeting. (Phase Two, Part B) will be held, attended by the members of the expanded Joint Staffing Committee to place teachers into vacancies identified through the staffing process for the subsequent school year, for the following reasons: x increase of time x consolidation of time x teachers have been declared available for transfer from their school x teachers have been declared surplus to the system x teachers have requested voluntary mobility x teachers have requested an exchange x teachers have requested a job sharing arrangement x administrative transfers x staffing imbalances (Article L38)
