Funding Account The Administrative Agent shall have received a notice setting forth the deposit account of the Borrower (the “Funding Account”) to which the Administrative Agent is authorized by the Borrower to transfer the proceeds of any Borrowings requested or authorized pursuant to this Agreement.
Interest Reserve Account (a) On the P&I Advance Date occurring in each February and in any January that occurs in a year that is not a leap year (in each case, unless the related Distribution Date is the final Distribution Date), the Certificate Administrator, in respect of the Actual/360 Mortgage Loans, shall deposit into the Interest Reserve Account, an amount equal to one (1) day’s interest on the Stated Principal Balance of the Interest Reserve Loans as of the Due Date occurring in the month preceding the month in which such P&I Advance Date occurs at the related Net Mortgage Rate, to the extent a full Monthly Payment or P&I Advance is made in respect thereof (all amounts so deposited in any consecutive February and January, “Withheld Amounts”).
Collection Account (a) On the Closing Date, the Master Servicer shall open and shall thereafter maintain a segregated account held in trust in the name of the Securities Intermediary (the “Collection Account”), entitled “Collection Account, [_________], as indenture trustee, in trust for Holders of the Structured Asset Securities Corporation Home Equity Loan Trust 20[__]-[__], Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Notes, Series 20[__]-[__].” The Collection Account shall relate solely to the Securities issued by the Issuer, and funds in such Collection Account shall not be commingled with any other monies.
Pre-Funding Account On the Closing Date, the Depositor shall deposit in the Pre-Funding Account $0.00 (the “Pre-Funding Account Initial Deposit”) from the net proceeds of the sale of the Notes. On each Subsequent Transfer Date, if any, upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 2.03(b) with respect to such transfer, the Servicer shall instruct the Indenture Trustee to withdraw from the Pre-Funding Account (i) an amount equal to [RESERVED]% of the result of the aggregate Starting Principal Balance of the Subsequent Receivables transferred to the Trust on such Subsequent Transfer Date less the Yield Supplement Overcollateralization Amount with respect to such Subsequent Receivables as of the related Cutoff Date and (ii), on behalf of the Depositor, deposit into the Reserve Account a portion of such funds equal to the Reserve Account Subsequent Transfer Deposit with respect to such Subsequent Transfer Date and distribute the remainder to or upon the order of the Depositor as payment for such Subsequent Receivables. If the Pre-Funded Amount has not been reduced to zero on the Payment Date immediately following the calendar month in which the Funding Period, if any, ends, the Servicer shall instruct the Indenture Trustee to transfer from the Pre-Funding Account on such Payment Date any amount then remaining in the Pre-Funding Account to the Note Distribution Account for distribution in accordance with Section 8.02(g) of the Indenture.
Reserve Account Draw Amount On or before two Business Days before a Payment Date, the Servicer will calculate the Reserve Account Draw Amount for the Payment Date and will direct the Indenture Trustee to withdraw from the Reserve Account and deposit the Reserve Account Draw Amount into the Collection Account on or before the Payment Date.
Custodial Account (a) The Master Servicer shall establish and maintain one or more accounts (collectively, the "Custodial Account") in which the Master Servicer shall deposit or cause to be deposited on a daily basis, or as and when received from the Sub-Servicers, the following payments and collections received or made by or on behalf of it subsequent to the Cut-off Date, or received by it prior to the Cut-off Date but allocable to a period subsequent thereto (other than in respect of principal and interest on the Mortgage Loans due on or before the Cut-off Date):
Targeted Deposits to the Accumulation Reserve Account The deposit targeted to be made to the Accumulation Reserve Account for any Monthly Period during the Accumulation Reserve Funding Period will be an amount equal to the Required Accumulation Reserve sub-Account Amount.
Collection of Mortgage Loan Payments; Collection Account; Distribution Account (a) The Master Servicer shall enforce the obligation of the Servicers to collect all payments called for under the terms and provisions of the Mortgage Loans to the extent such procedures shall be consistent with the applicable Servicing Agreement and the terms and provisions of any related Required Insurance Policy.
Principal Funding Account (a) The Trustee, or the Servicer, on its behalf, shall establish and maintain, in the name of the Trust, on behalf of the Trust, for the benefit of the Certificateholders, an Eligible Deposit Account (the "Principal Funding Account"), bearing a designation clearly indicating that the funds deposited therein are held for the benefit of the Certificateholders. The Trustee shall possess all right, title and interest in all funds on deposit from time to time in the Principal Funding Account and in all proceeds thereof. The Principal Funding Account shall be under the sole dominion and control of the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders. If at any time the Principal Funding Account ceases to be an Eligible Deposit Account, the Transferor shall notify the Trustee, and the Trustee upon being notified (or the Servicer on its behalf) shall, within 10 Business Days, establish a new Principal Funding Account which meets the conditions specified in the definition of Eligible Deposit Account, and shall transfer any cash or any investments to such new Principal Funding Account. The Trustee or the Paying Agent, at the direction of the Servicer, shall (i) make withdrawals from the Principal Funding Account from time to time, in the amounts and for the purposes set forth in this Series Supplement, and (ii) on each Transfer Date (from and after the commencement of the Controlled Accumulation Period) prior to termination of the Principal Funding Account make a deposit into the Principal Funding Account in the amount specified in, and otherwise in accordance with, subsection 4.9(c).
Withdrawals from the Collection Account and Distribution Account (a) The Servicer shall, from time to time, make withdrawals from the Collection Account for any of the following purposes or as described in Section 4.03:
