00 - GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE. 6:01 This Grievance and Arbitration Procedure shall not apply to Union concerns regarding the adequacy of Job Documents and/or the Rating, for jobs covered by the Job Evaluation Plan, which shall be processed in accordance with the Challenge Procedure contained in the Job Evaluation Manual.
