Other Provisions Unaffected. Except as expressly amended hereby, the Second Restated Partnership Agreement shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.
Other Provisions Unaffected. Nothing in clauses 16.1 - 16.5 will limit the operation or effect of any other provision of the Contract which requires the Contractor to give notice to the Contract Administrator in order to preserve an entitlement to make a Claim against the Commonwealth.
Other Provisions Unaffected. Except as expressly amended hereby, the Restated Agreement shall remain in full force and effect in accordance with its terms.

Other Provisions Unaffected. This Amendment shall be deemed to be in full force and effect immediately prior to the execution and delivery of the Merger Agreement. Except as expressly modified hereby, all arrangements, agreements, terms, conditions and provisions of the Rights Agreement remain in full force and effect, and this Amendment and the Rights Agreement, as hereby modified, shall constitute one and the same instrument.
Other Provisions Unaffected. Except to the extent a Change specifically amends one or more provisions hereof, provisions of this Agreement shall apply to Changes, and no Change shall be implied as a result of any other Change.

Other Provisions Unaffected. Except as modified by this Letter Agreement, the Dealer-Manager Agreement is unchanged and shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with the provisions thereof.
