PLACE OF JURISDICTION. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is Dover, Delaware.
PLACE OF JURISDICTION. For any dispute that may arise relating to the contract, it is Brindisi jurisdiction.
PLACE OF JURISDICTION. Lecco is the exclusive place of jurisdiction for any and all disputes arising under or related to the contracts for purchase of the Goods, as well as for the interpretation, performance, and validity of such contracts and these Terms and Conditions. Italian law is applicable. For all matters not expressly addressed in these Terms and Conditions, reference is made to the Italian Civil Code.
PLACE OF JURISDICTION. Any dispute shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court where the Vendor’s registered office is located, namely the Court of Milan. Each Order Confirmation will expressly refer to these General Sales Conditions. Therefore, if no notification or objection is received in writing within 5 (five) days from the receipt of same, the Purchaser declares to have been informed about the content and fully approve them. The Buyer also expressly declares to accept the following provisions: 1), 2), 3), 4), 5), 6), 7), 8), as well as, for the purposes of Articles 1341 and 1342, 9), 10), 11), 12), 13).
PLACE OF JURISDICTION. The present conditions, and any other contract agreed with the customer are governed by the Italian law.
PLACE OF JURISDICTION. For any dispute concerning the execution, interpretation, validity, termination, termination of supply contracts between the parties, where the action is brought by the Customer is exclusively competent the Court of Modena, where the action is brought by the Supplier, in addition to the Court of the same Supplier, any other court established by law is competent.
