License Grant a. FreeLicense for Non-commercial, Educational, or Trial use. WSO2 hereby grants You a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, terminable license to use the Software for Non-commercial, Educational, or Trial purposes. Non-com- mercial, as used in this Agreement, means personal use whereby no commercial ad- vantage or monetary compensation is sought or received for use of the Software or for works, data or services that use the Software. Educational or Trial Use, as used in this Agree- ment, means use for the purpose of learning to use the Software, teaching others to use the Software, evaluating or demonstrating Software capabilities, or for scholarly or artistic purposes.
License Grant. Subject to this Agreement’s terms, WIGAM SPA grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, non- commercial right to use the Application Software solely on the Device. Your rights to use previous versions of the Application Software other than the current version of the Application Software terminate as soon as you receive or have the most current version of the Application Software installed on the Device. All rights to use the Application Software are granted by license only, and you are not granted any ownership rights or interests in the Application Software. WIGAM SPA retain all intellectual property rights in the Application Software. Use of or access to the Application Software is subject to this Agreement’s terms and to applicable intellectual property laws. Except what this Agreement expressly grants, WIGAM SPA and its licensors reserve all rights in the Application Software.
