SFTR means Regulation (EU) 2015/2365 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on transparency of securities financing transactions and of reuse and amending Regulation (EU) No 648/2012;
NZOC means the New Zealand Olympic Committee Incorporated.
MVAR means megavolt ampere of reactive power.
M2M Flowgate means Flowgates where constraints are jointly monitored and coordinated as defined and set forth in Schedule D to this Agreement.
B-BBEE means broad-based black economic empowerment as defined in section 1 of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act;
€STRi-pTBD means, in respect of any TARGET Business Day falling in the relevant Interest Accrual Period, the €STR for the TARGET Business Day falling “p” TARGET Business Days prior to the relevant TARGET Business Day “i”;
Single Phase Aerosol Air Freshener means an aerosol air freshener with the liquid contents in a single homogeneous phase and which does not require that the product container be shaken before use.
Pistol means any firearm with a barrel less than sixteen inches in length, or is designed to be held and fired by the use of a single hand.
LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

Model 2 seller means a seller registered under the agreement that:
Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;
Dairy farm means any place or premises where 1 or more dairy animals are kept for milking purposes, and from which a part or all of the milk is provided, sold, or offered for sale.
PMU means the Project Management Unit established in accordance with paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 to this Loan Agreement;
TLR means the NERC Transmission Loading Relief Procedures used in the Eastern Interconnection as specified in NERC Operating Policies.
Snow tyre means a tyre whose tread pattern, tread compound or structure is primarily designed to achieve in snow conditions a performance better than that of a normal tyre with regard to its ability to initiate or maintain vehicle motion."
ri-pBD means, in relation to any Interest Accrual Period, the applicable Reference Rate as set out in the definition of "r" above for, where "Lag" is specified as the Observation Method in the applicable Final Terms, the Business Day (being a Business Day falling in the relevant Observation Period) falling "p" Business Days prior to the relevant Business Day "i" or, where "Lock-out" or "Observation Shift" is specified as the Observation Method in the applicable Final Terms, the relevant Business Day "i";
Double Phase Aerosol Air Freshener means an aerosol air freshener with the liquid contents in two or more distinct phases that requires the product container be shaken before use to mix the phases, producing an emulsion.
DTMB means the Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget. “Effective Date” has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Falcon has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
IRDAI means the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India.
SOFR with respect to any day means the secured overnight financing rate published for such day by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, as the administrator of the benchmark, (or a successor administrator) on the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s Website.
Grease interceptor means an indoor device located in a food service facility or under a sink designed to collect, contain and remove food wastes and grease from the waste stream while allowing the balance of the liquid waste to discharge to the System by gravity.
IMRO means the Irish Music Rights Organisation CLG.
OWRA means the Ontario Water Resources Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.40, as amended;
