Xxxx County Facility the facility owned on the Fifth Amendment Effective Date by TAOC located in Xxxx County, Georgia.
City Facilities means city- or publicly-owned structures or equipment located within the right-of-way or public easement used for governmental purposes.
Energy facility means an energy plant or transmission
Utility Facilities means the plant, equipment and property, including but not limited to the poles, pipes, mains, conduits, ducts, cable, wires, plant and equipment located under, on, or above the surface of the ground within the public right-of-way of the city and used or to be used for the purpose of providing utility or telecommunications services. Liquidity Facilities means, collectively, the Class A Liquidity Facility and the Class B Liquidity Facility.
Community facilities means a specific work, or improvement within this state or a specific item of equipment or tangible personal property owned or operated by any political subdivision or nonprofit corporation and used within this state to provide any essential service to the general public;
Liquidity Facility “Liquidity Obligations”, “Loan Trustee”, “Non-Extended Facility”, “Note Purchase Agreement”, “Operative Agreements”, “Participation Agreement”, “Performing Equipment Note”, “Person”, “Pool Balance”, “Rating Agencies”, “Regular Distribution Date”, “Replacement Liquidity Facility”, “Responsible Officer”, “Scheduled Payment”, “Special Payment”, “Stated Interest Rate”, “Subordination Agent”, “Taxes”, “Threshold Rating”, “Transfer”, “Trust Agreement”, “Trustee”, “Underwriters”, and “Underwriting Agreement”.
nuclear facility means, except as otherwise agreed to by the Underwriter, any of the following, provided that Nuclear Material is contained therein or being used therewith or Nuclear Material is present at the site where the same is located:
Majority Facility Lenders with respect to any Facility, the holders of more than 50% of the aggregate unpaid principal amount of the Term Loans or the Total Revolving Extensions of Credit, as the case may be, outstanding under such Facility (or, in the case of the Revolving Facility, prior to any termination of the Revolving Commitments, the holders of more than 50% of the Total Revolving Commitments).
Facility means any real property (including all buildings, fixtures or other improvements located thereon) now, hereafter or heretofore owned, leased, operated or used by Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective predecessors or Affiliates.
Test Facility means any WRAS suitably accredited test laboratory;
Liquidity Facility Provider means a Person that is a party to a Liquidity Facility with the Authority with respect to specified Bonds and whose credit rating by each nationally recognized Rating Agency then rating the Class I Bonds is sufficiently high to maintain the then current rating on such Bonds by such Rating Agency or the equivalent of such rating by virtue of guarantees or insurance arrangements.
Replacement Liquidity Facility has the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.
State facility means a center or a hospital operated by the department.
Required Facility Lenders means, with respect to any Facility on any date of determination, Lenders having more than 50% of the sum of (i) the outstanding Loans under such Facility and (ii) the aggregate unused Commitments under such Facility; provided that, to the same extent set forth in Section 10.07(h) with respect to determination of Required Lenders, the Loans of any Affiliated Lender shall in each case be excluded for purposes of making a determination of Required Facility Lenders.
Renewable energy facility means an electric generation unit or other facility or installation that produces electric energy using a Renewable Energy Source.
Class B Liquidity Facility has the meaning set forth in the Intercreditor Agreement.
