XXX Period Energy Payment definition

XXX Period Energy Payment means the monthly payment to be calculated and made by Buyer to Seller for the Metered Energy during each XXX Period for the month for which a calculation is being performed, as set forth in Section 2(a) of Exhibit D, in dollars.
