Working Capital Reserve Replenishment Cap definition

Working Capital Reserve Replenishment Cap shall have the meaning given in the Custodial and Paying Agency Agreement.
Working Capital Reserve Replenishment Cap means the maximum amount to be maintained in the Working Capital Reserve at any point in time, which amount initially will be $24,000,000 and thereafter, once the initial balance of the Working Capital Reserve Account (before any replenishment) falls to an amount less than $15,000,000, will be $15,000,000.
Working Capital Reserve Replenishment Cap means $5,000,000.
