WikiPay Disclosure Schedule means the disclosure schedule, dated as of the date of this Agreement, and delivered by WikiPay to WikiLoan.

Examples of WikiPay Disclosure Schedule in a sentence

  • There is no dispute or claim concerning any Tax liability of WikiPay either (a) claimed or raised by any Governmental Authority in writing or (b) as to which WikiPay has knowledge, other than those Taxes, identified in the WikiPay Disclosure Schedule, being contested in good faith by appropriate proceedings.

  • Company SEC Reports shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.8(a).

  • Company SEC Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 3.04(a).

  • Schedule of Exceptions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5, and is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Fairly Disclosed means disclosed in reasonable detail and specificity as would enable a reasonable purchaser to identify in all material respects the relevant facts, nature and scope of the matter concerned;
