WFOE (Zhengduo) means Shanghai Zhengduo Information Technology Co., Ltd. , a company incorporated under the laws of PRC with registered number 310000400601571 and registered office at Xxxx 0000, 000 Xxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx.
