Examples of WFHM Serviced Mortgage Loans in a sentence

  • With respect to any Distribution Date, no later than the related Cash Remittance Date, the Master Servicer shall remit to the Trust Administrator for deposit in the Certificate Account the amount of the Compensating Interest Payment for the Master Servicer, with respect to the GreenPoint Serviced Mortgage Loans, the Fairbanks Servicved Mortgage Loans, the WFHM Serviced Mortgage Loans and the Designated Mortgage Loans, for the related Prepayment Period.

  • For and on behalf of the Certificateholders, the Master Servicer shall oversee and enforce the obligation of GreenPoint, WFHM and Fairbanks to service and administer the GreenPoint Serviced Mortgage Loans, WFHM Serviced Mortgage Loans and Fairbanks Serviced Mortgage Loans, respectively, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and shall have full power and authority to do any and all things which it may deem necessary or desirable in connection with such master servicing and administration.

  • Subserviced Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that, at the time of reference thereto, is subject to a Subservicing Agreement.

  • Serviced Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan that is not an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan.

  • Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan included in the Trust but serviced under another agreement. There are no Non-Serviced Mortgage Loans in the Trust.

  • Special Serviced Mortgage Loan The Mortgage Loans for which the Special Servicer acts as servicer pursuant to Section 3.19.

  • ARD Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that is identified as having an Anticipated Repayment Date and a Revised Rate on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • PMI Mortgage Loans The list of Mortgage Loans insured by the PMI Insurer attached hereto as Schedule II.

  • Pool 1 Mortgage Loans Any Mortgage Loan in Pool 1.

  • Group 2 Mortgage Loans Those Mortgage Loans identified on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Group 2 Mortgage Loans.

  • Deleted Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan replaced or to be replaced by a Qualified Substitute Mortgage Loan.

  • Liquidated Mortgage Loan With respect to any Distribution Date, a defaulted Mortgage Loan (including any REO Property) which was liquidated in the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date and as to which the Master Servicer has determined (in accordance with this Agreement) that it has received all amounts it expects to receive in connection with the liquidation of such Mortgage Loan, including the final disposition of an REO Property.
