Weatherford or any similar names (except as permitted under the Transitional Services Agreement), and Parent will take all action, including causing the Surviving Corporation and each of its subsidiaries to file all documents, necessary to change the name of the Surviving Corporation and each of its subsidiaries to a name that does not use the name "WEUS" or "Weatherford."
Weatherford shall have the meaning specified in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.
Weatherford shall include Weatherford, its parent or Affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, or any or all of such parties.
