Waste Inspection Area definition

Waste Inspection Area shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule I.
Waste Inspection Area means the area marked for dumping of MSW before it is sent for land filling / disposal.
Waste Inspection Area is the designated area at the landfill facility or the waste processing facility for inspection of the incoming waste. The waste shall confirm with the collection requirements. The waste may be checked by unloading the waste at the waste inspection area.

  • Production Area means that part of the animal feeding operation that includes the animal confinement area, the manure storage area, the raw materials storage area, and the waste containment areas. If Tenant fails to remove any Miscellaneous Common Area Item or to repair any damage resulting from such removal upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Lease, Landlord may do so and may charge Landlord's actual cost thereof to Tenant.
