WARN Notices definition

WARN Notices has the meaning set forth in Section 6.07(h).
WARN Notices shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.10(e).
WARN Notices means the notices, substantively in the forms attached hereto as Exhibit W, relating to Hotel Manager's termination of all the Hotel Employees as of the Closing Date.
