Participating Local Education Agency may reaccept the updated VIP Terms, and then this Participation Agreement will apply to the then-current VIP Terms.

When performing your obligations under Section 1(c)(ii) or otherwise promoting the Service as described in these VIP Terms, you must provide a complete and accurate disclosure that you are a member of the VIP Program and that you receive compensation for your promotional activities on behalf of Aaptiv.
You will perform your obligations under these VIP Terms in a conscientious, professional, diligent and efficient manner.
