Examples of VIP Terms in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any language in the VIP Terms, these Transactions for a given customer account are aggregated among all licensed users.

  • If any part of these VIP Terms and Conditions are found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable then such part shall be severed from the remainder of the VIP Terms and Conditions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • The Transfer Payment Policy also requires that an evaluation of the VIP be completed prior to the renewal of the VIP Terms and Conditions before November 30, 2011.

  • Skrill reserves the right to change these VIP Terms and Conditions at any time including the right to withdraw the Skrill VIP Programme completely.

  • The following terms when used in these VIP Terms and Conditions shall have the following meaning: Eligible Transaction means send money transactions to Skrill Merchants.

  • Your objection notice shall be deemed to constitute a notice to terminate your participation in the Skrill VIP Programme and the VIP Terms and Conditions will no longer apply to you.

  • URL Terms means the terms with which Customer must comply, which are located at a URL, referenced in this Agreement and are hereby incorporated by reference.

  • General Terms means these terms and conditions.

  • Service Terms means the rights and restrictions for particular Services located at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/serviceterms (and any successor or related locations designated by us), as may be updated by us from time to time.

  • Other Definitional Provisions set forth in Section 1.2 of the Basic Servicing Agreement are incorporated by reference into this 2017-3 Servicing Supplement.

  • Product Terms means the document that provides information about Products available under this Agreement. The Product Terms document is published on the Licensing Site and is updated from time to time.

  • Key Terms means, with respect to a Relevant Transaction and a party, the valuation of such Relevant Transaction and such other details the relevant party deems relevant from time to time which may include the effective date, the scheduled maturity date, any payment or settlement dates, the notional value of the contract and currency of the Relevant Transaction, the underlying instrument, the position of the counterparties, the business day convention and any relevant fixed or floating rates of the Relevant Transaction. For the avoidance of doubt, "Key Terms" does not include details of the calculations or methodologies underlying any term.

  • General Terms and Conditions means the General Terms and Conditions for Services Contracts as referenced on the RFP cover page.

  • Additional Terms and Conditions means the terms and conditions that govern the promotion as determined by the Participating Banks (if any).

  • Additional Terms means any additional terms agreed in writing amending, varying or agreeing additions to these Terms;

  • Standard Terms and Conditions or “Standard Terms” means these terms and conditions for the grant of the Loan to the Borrower by ABFL.

  • Special Terms means the Section of the Contract entitled “Special Terms” that contains terms specific to this Contract, including but not limited to the Scope of Work and contract payment terms. If there is a conflict between the General Terms for Services Contracts and the Special Terms, the Special Terms shall prevail.

  • Same terms and conditions means that a carrier cannot apply

  • Standard Terms means the document titled ‘Service Agreement - Standard Terms’ version 1.1, published on the website at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.xx or such other website as We may from time to time notify You, as updated or replaced from time to time in accordance with clause 1.2(d)
