Victorian Act definition

Victorian Act means the Barley Marketing Act 1993 of Victoria;
Victorian Act means the Victorian Mental Health Xxx 0000, including any regulations and orders made under that Act (but for the purposes of this Agreement a reference to the Victorian Act does not, unless expressly provided, include a reference to the ACT Act on the basis that the ACT Act has been declared a corresponding law under that Act);
Victorian Act means the Westpac and Bank of Melbourne (Challenge Bank) Act 1996 of the Parliament of Victoria;

Examples of Victorian Act in a sentence

  • The old Victorian Act, Section 377 of the Indian Penal Code dating back to 1860, criminalises sexual minorities.

  • And a Victorian Act requiring noisy street musicians to leave the area on pain of a forty shilling fine had long become obsolete.

  • Gas Act means the Belgian Gas Law concerning the transportation of gaseous and other substances by pipeline of 12 April 1965, as amended from time to time.

  • the 1998 Act (“Deddf 1998”) means the Teaching and Higher Education Act 1998;

  • Public Works Act means the Public Works Xxx 0000;

  • PPS Act means the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth).

  • Family Law Act means the Family Law Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. F.3, as am. S.O. 2006, c. 1, s.5; 2006, c. 19, Sched. B, s. 9, Sched. C, s. 1(1), (2), (4);

  • PBR Act means the Plant Breeder’s Rights Xxx 0000 (Cth) as amended from time to time.

  • the 1997 Act means the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (c. 8);

  • Clean air standards, as used in this clause, means:

  • the 1961 Act means the Land Compensation Act 1961(d); “the 1965 Act” means the Compulsory Purchase Act 1965(e); “the 1980 Act” means the Highways Act 1980(f);

  • Data Protection Act means Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.

  • Anti-Bribery Laws means the anti-bribery provisions of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, as amended, and all other applicable anti-corruption and bribery Laws (including the U.K. Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000, and any rules or regulations promulgated thereunder or other Laws of other countries implementing the OECD Convention on Combating Bribery of Foreign Officials).
