Vicious definition

Vicious means the propensity to do any act that might endanger the safety of any Person or property of another, including, but not limited to a disposition to mischief or fierceness as might lead to attack on human beings, other animals on public or private property without provo- cation, whether in play, anger or outbreak of untrained nature.
Vicious means a dog which assaults or attacks a person while that person is within the Town except as allowed by law in matters of defense of property or persons. It shall also mean a dog with a propensity to attack or bite persons without provocation whether the persons are on public or private property; such propensity must be known or ought to have reasonably been known to the owner.

Vicious means any dog that bites, attacks or preys on game animals, domestic animals, fowl or human beings. (RSA 466:31 II g).
