Very Small Business means a small business with an
Very Small Business means a “very small business” as defined in FCC Rules at 47 C.F.R. § 24.720(b), and as applied by the FCC in Auction No. 58.
Very Small Business or “microenterprise” means a business which at the time of executing this agreement is a business employing less than 10 persons and whose annual turnover and/or annual balance sheet total does not exceed 2 million euro.

Very Small Business or “VSB” – means a business with fewer than 10 employees and includes independent contractors and sole proprietors.
