Vendor Management Program definition

Vendor Management Program means Company’s third-party service provider risk management program governing all aspects of the Program, in a written form developed by Company and approved by Bank.
Vendor Management Program means the program used to manage Supplier performance run by the Corporation as set out in the Supplier Code of Conduct and Discipline Policy.
Vendor Management Program has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1 (Vendor Management Program).
