Quality Management Plan definition

Quality Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.3 of Exhibit B to the ITP.

Examples of Quality Management Plan in a sentence

  • The individual(s) responsible for implementing the Quality Management Plan shall be identified by Contractor to Owner.

  • The Quality Management Plan must be adequate to meet the quality control and inspection needs of the Work, and Contractor may not rely upon Owner or any other Person or Government Authority to provide such services.

  • Prior to entering any purchase orders for Materials or any Subcontracts, Contractor shall provide Owner the quality control and inspection program for such Subcontractor, and Contractor shall (i) ensure that each such program is substantially the same as the approved Quality Management Plan, and (ii) require each such Subcontractor to provide periodic reports and maintain accurate and ongoing records showing compliance with each such quality control and inspection program.

  • If Owner approves the Quality Management Plan, or Owner does not approve or provide comments on the Quality Management Plan within such thirty (30) Day period, then Contractor may proceed to implement such Quality Management Plan; provided, however, that Owner may at any time require Contractor to amend the Quality Management Plan if it is not in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement.


More Definitions of Quality Management Plan

Quality Management Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.
Quality Management Plan means a plan agreed between the Customer and CBH in accordance with clause 8 and designed to assist the Customer in maximising the value of their Grain Entitlement on Outturn whilst taking into account the competing interests of other Acquirers and the physical nature of Grain.
