Vehicle MSRP definition

Vehicle MSRP shall refer to the OEM per unit MSRP dollar amount for an Item, inclusive of all Base Specifications.
Vehicle MSRP shall refer to the total MSRP of the Vehicle bid for a Mini-Bid, inclusive of the Base MSRP, Options, and other applicable OEM fees (e.g. destination fees), but excluding Aftermarket Components.
