  • If any VC Employee Member chooses to make a non- regular voluntary contribution, such contribution may either be paid by the VC Employee Member from his or her own funds or be deducted from his or her relevant income.

  • With the prior written consent of the Trustee, a VC Employee Member may choose to make a “non-regular voluntary contribution” as a top-up voluntary contribution on any Dealing Day during his employment with his Employer by giving to the Trustee at least seven (7) working days’ prior written notice in a form prescribed by the Trustee (or such shorter period as the Trustee may from time to time agree).

  • Excluded Employee means an employee as defined in section 3527, subd. (b) of the Government Code (Ralph C. Dills Act) except those excluded employees who are designated managerial pursuant to section 18801.1 of the Government Code.
