Variable Interest Covered Bonds definition

Variable Interest Covered Bonds means Index Linked Interest Covered Bonds, Dual Currency Interest Covered Bonds and other Covered Bonds (excluding Floating Rate Covered Bonds) where the Interest Rate is variable; and
Variable Interest Covered Bonds means Index Linked Interest Covered Bonds, Credit Linked Interest Covered Bonds, Equity Linked Interest Covered Bonds, Dual Currency Interest Covered Bonds and other Covered Bonds (excluding Floating Rate Covered Bonds) where the rate of interest is variable;

  • The Rate of Interest payable from time to time in respect of Floating Rate Covered Bonds and Variable Interest Covered Bonds will be determined in the manner specified in the applicable Final Terms Document.

  • Variable Interest Rate means any interest rate that does not qualify as a fixed credit interest rate;

  • Variable Rate Bonds means Current Interest Bonds, which may be either Serial Bonds or Term Bonds, issued with a variable, adjustable, convertible or other similar interest rate which is not fixed in percentage for the entire term thereof at the date of issue, which Bonds may also be Option Bonds. Section 102.Rules of Construction. Words of the masculine gender shall be deemed and construed to include correlative words of the feminine and neuter genders. Unless the context shall otherwise indicate, the words "Bond," "Escrow Agent," "Owner," "person," "Paying Agent," and "Bond Registrar" shall include the plural as well as the singular number and the word "person" shall mean any individual, corporation partnership, joint venture, association, joint stock company, trust, unincorporated organization or government or any agency or political subdivision thereof. All references to applicable provisions of Law shall be deemed to include any and all amendments thereto.

  • Current Interest Bonds means Bonds of a Series the interest on which is payable at least annually.

  • Floating Rate Notes means the Class A-2b Notes.

  • Floating Rate Certificate A Certificate that provides for the payment of interest at a Floating Pass-Through Rate determined periodically by reference to a formula specified in the related Supplement.

  • Applicable Interest Rate means (i) with respect to any Fixed Rate Indebtedness, the fixed interest rate applicable to such Fixed Rate Indebtedness at the time in question, and (ii) with respect to any Floating Rate Indebtedness, either (x) the rate at which the interest rate applicable to such Floating Rate Indebtedness is actually capped (or fixed pursuant to an interest rate hedging device), at the time of calculation, if Borrower has entered into an interest rate cap agreement or other interest rate hedging device with respect thereto or (y) if Borrower has not entered into an interest rate cap agreement or other interest rate hedging device with respect to such Floating Rate Indebtedness, the greater of (A) the rate at which the interest rate applicable to such Floating Rate Indebtedness could be fixed for the remaining term of such Floating Rate Indebtedness, at the time of calculation, by Borrower’s entering into any unsecured interest rate hedging device either not requiring an upfront payment or if requiring an upfront payment, such upfront payment shall be amortized over the term of such device and included in the calculation of the interest rate (or, if such rate is incapable of being fixed by entering into an unsecured interest rate hedging device at the time of calculation, a fixed rate equivalent reasonably determined by Administrative Agent) or (B) the floating rate applicable to such Floating Rate Indebtedness at the time in question.

  • Periodic Interest Rate Cap As to each adjustable rate Mortgage Loan, the maximum increase or decrease in the Mortgage Interest Rate on any Adjustment Date pursuant to the terms of the Mortgage Note.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the Series 2020A Bonds and the Series 2020B Bonds.

  • Fixed Rate Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Fixed Rate Notes Together, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes, the Class A-4 Notes, the Class B Notes, the Class C Notes, the Class D Notes and the Class E Notes.

  • Fixed Rate Certificate A Certificate that provides for a payment of interest at a Fixed Pass-Through Rate.

  • Interest Rate Period means that period of time for which the interest rate with respect to the Bonds has been determined by the Remarketing Agent or otherwise as provided in the definition of the applicable Interest Rate Mode, commencing on the applicable Interest Rate Adjustment Date, and terminating on the day immediately preceding the following Interest Rate Adjustment Date, if any.

  • Receivable Interest means, at any time, an undivided percentage ownership interest in (i) all then outstanding Pool Receivables arising prior to the time of the most recent computation or recomputation of such undivided percentage interest pursuant to Section 2.03, (ii) all Related Security with respect to such Pool Receivables, and (iii) all Collections with respect to, and other proceeds of, such Pool Receivables.   • Mortgage Interest Rate Cap With respect to an Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the limit on each Mortgage Interest Rate adjustment as set forth in the related Mortgage Note.

  • Redeemable Interests means any Partnership Interests for which a redemption notice has been given, and has not been withdrawn, pursuant to Section 4.10.

  • Floating Rate Classes The Classes designated as either “Floating Rate” or “Inverse Floating Rate” in the Prospectus Supplement.

  • Series 2019 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2019A Bonds and the Series 2019B Bonds.

  • Eligible interests means interests or memberships.

  • Floating Rate Calculation Date means, for any Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the 30th day prior to the first day of such Quarterly Floating Rate Period.

  • Interest Cover means the ratio of EBITDA to Net Finance Charges in respect of any Relevant Period.

  • Fixed Rate Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(b)(i) hereof.

  • Floating Rate Interest Payment Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(b)(ii) hereof.

  • Quarterly Floating Rate Period means, for the initial Quarterly Floating Rate Period, the period commencing on March 20, 2020 and ending on and including June 19, 2020, and thereafter the period from and including the day immediately following the end of the immediately preceding Quarterly Floating Rate Period to but excluding the next succeeding Quarterly Commencement Date.
