UtiliCorp definition

UtiliCorp means UtiliCorp United Inc., a Delaware corporation.
UtiliCorp has the meaning specified therefor in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.
UtiliCorp means the Person named as "UtiliCorp" in the first paragraph of this instrument, and includes its permitted successors and assigns.

  • Electric Facility means a Generator or an electric transmission facility.
