It is the policy of the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) to practice nondiscrimination on the basis of race, color, sex and/or national origin in the award and administration of USDOT assist contracts.
The City and USDOT shall have a royalty-free, non-exclusive, and irrevocable license to reproduce, publish or otherwise use any Deliverables and to authorize others to do the same only to the extent, if any, and as may be required by federal government funding mandates.
