USDOL definition

USDOL has the meaning given such term in the Recital to the Agreement.
USDOL. ’ means the United States Department of Labor as an entity, or to any agency of the United States Department of Labor acting under the authority of the United States Department of Labor, with the exception of the Office of Inspector General of the United States Department of Labor.
