US Tax Return definition

US Tax Return means any return, declaration, report, or information return or statement filed with any US Taxation Authority, including any schedule or amendment thereto, and including any amendment thereof.
US Tax Return means any Tax Return that is required to be filed with respect to any Tax imposed by the United States or any state or local government that is part of the United States.
US Tax Return has the meaning specified in Section 4.01(h)(i).
