Examples of Unmatured Surviving Obligations in a sentence
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, payments of principal and interest are not Unmatured Surviving Obligations.
Except for any release of a Subsidiary Guarantor pursuant to Section 4 of this Guarantee, this Guarantee is a continuing, absolute and irrevocable guarantee of all Guaranteed Obligations now or hereafter existing and shall remain in full force and effect until all Guaranteed Obligations and any other amounts payable under this Guarantee are indefeasibly paid in full in cash (other than Unmatured Surviving Obligations).

This Guaranty is a continuing guaranty and shall (a) remain in full force and effect until the payment in full in cash of the Guaranteed Obligations (other than Unmatured Surviving Obligations) and all other amounts payable under this Guaranty, (b) be binding upon each Guarantor, its successors and assigns and (c) inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by the Agents and the Lender Parties and their successors, transferees and assigns.
Subject to subsection (e) of this Section, the Borrower agrees that each Participant shall be entitled to the benefits of Sections 3.01, 3.04 and 3.05 to the same extent as if it were a Lender and had acquired its interest by assignment pursuant to subsection (b) of this Section (other than Unmatured Surviving Obligations).
