Unmatured Investment Manager Event definition

Unmatured Investment Manager Event means any event that, if it continues uncured, will, with lapse of time or notice or lapse of time and notice, constitute an Investment Manager Event.

A person is considered an Investment Person only as to those client accounts or types of client accounts as to which he or she is designated by Personal Trading Compliance or the Chief Compliance Officer as such.   • Net Investment Loss With respect to the Certificate Account, the Servicing Accounts or the REO Account or Companion Distribution Account for any period from any Distribution Date to the immediately succeeding P&I Advance Date, the amount by which the aggregate of all losses, if any, incurred during such period in connection with the investment of funds relating to the Trust Fund held in such account in accordance with Section 3.06, exceeds the aggregate of all interest and other income realized during such period on such funds.

  • Principal Funding Investment Proceeds means, with respect to each Transfer Date, the investment earnings on funds in the Principal Funding Account (net of investment expenses and losses) for the period from and including the immediately preceding Transfer Date to but excluding such Transfer Date.
