Underlying Electronic Tracking Agreement definition

Underlying Electronic Tracking Agreement means, to the extent applicable, each Electronic Tracking Agreement among an Underlying Repurchase Counterparty, Seller, MERS and MERSCORP Holdings, Inc., as the same may be amended from time to time, together with the related ETA Repledgee Information Notice executed by Seller, MERS, MERSCORP Holdings, Inc. and Buyer.
Underlying Electronic Tracking Agreement means one (1) or more Electronic Tracking Agreements with respect to (x) the tracking of changes in the ownership, mortgage servicers and servicing rights ownership of Purchased Mortgage Loans held on the MERS System, and (y) the tracking of the Control of eNotes held on the MERS eRegistry, each in a form acceptable to Administrative Agent.
